I didn't really notice any change in my lips when I first put this product on, however as I started using it more and more over a period of a few days I started to notice them plumping up just a little bit, not enough that anyone would notice if they weren't looking for a change. Be warned that it doesn't taste very good and it makes your lips numb.

I guess I'm in the minority on this one. It's very heavy and sticky plus it makes my lips burn. I would call this more than just a tingle; a very unpleasant feeling. Wears off quickly too. Not at all impressed with this one.
