Love the feel of the case, love the functionality of the case. However, Myself and 3 friends who own this case have all had broken USB ports and have had to contact support to fix them. It seems to be a known issue. In addition, the case doesn't protect the phone as much as you think and you will need to apply the screen that comes with it. I dropped the phone once and was surprised to see the upper part of the phone chipped.

This is a really nice case, thin, feels soft, prevents slippage, protective. Charges nicely via USB connection to wall or computer. Allows for syncing also. Tekkeon.com also sells back up battery part only for only $19.95, extending time more if needed. This battery has saved me several times, busy mom of 4 on run. Just turn it on and I have another 2 hours of usage on average. Wonderful to use when kids want to play games or I want a movie...using this power the iPhone battery remains at same charge as before the game/movie. Only reason I didn't give this 5 stars...when tekkeon battery case is running low on charge, light changes color but electronic "hissing" can also be heard, not too loudly, but sort of like tinnitis (ringing in ears), in fact I thought I was hearing things for a while. Has anyone else experienced this? This may be typical or it may be just a problem with my case. I have noticed it from the start of use, but returning a pain, and overall it does do what I need it to do. Bottom line: it is a wonderful accessory for folks on the go.
